 Hello, my name is Andrei Odler, a licensed pension and general insurance agent,

with double authorization from the Israeli Ministry of Finance, founder of U Insurance Solutions.
In addition, I am a mortgage advisor and expert in family finance.

Married to Ortal and father to Emilie and Alma, triathlete, participating and loving long endurance competitions like marathons/triathlons/Ironman.I accompany families, companies and individuals in the fields of insurance, pensions and finance.

Working in the field since 2009, I have experience with all insurance and financial products in Israel.

Over the years I have insured thousands of people and each person I met was different from the previous one.

(Needs, expectations, occupation, medical condition etc.).

Over the years I understood that it is not possible to fit one product for everyone and there is a need to adjust a separate financial package for each individual.

I developed my own methods for needs discovery, profiling, planning and personalized adaptation.

My team's mission is to accompany individuals, companies and families throughout the entire process, from optimal planning and adapting products for them to claims handling.
